One of the best apps - a MUST for any property owner in the uae
This is one of the best apps I’ve come across hands down. It’s a MUST for any property owner in the UAE. I used to get minimum 1 call or WhatsApp message every 48 hours, now I get 1 every 10 days to 2 weeks. Another great feature is that for any that still get through, you can report it. This is unavoidable here since so many businesses keep changing mobile numbers, and also use non-business numbers to make unsolicited calls (which is actually illegal) so you can help by adding it on the app and updating Broker Blockers database for future blocking. If there was something I could ask for, it would be if Broker Blocker could find a way to work with RERA to automatically report all blocked calls. Making unsolicited calls to owners’ personal numbers, who’s properties aren’t even listed publicly, is illegal and in violation of RERA laws. So if they could find a way to work with them and report all numbers in their database it would be a great help - get rid of the weeds from the root so to speak.
