Often crashes - slow to load and needs to be deleted and reinstalled to get past the glitches. When working it’s good - however, often when you’ve ‘saved’ as register it doesn’t update the main system and looks as though you haven’t saved it. Obviously this is a safeguarding issue.

Great app, but could do with showing more details that are available on computer, as a PE teacher this would provide instant, detailed information on an away fixture.

It used to be great. Then something changed with iOS update? Or I’m not sure. But every time I try to log in, it says, ‘session expired’ and I need to resented all details each time.

Can’t get rid of messages The late marks won’t let me input the minutes late.

Why does the teacher app not give alert about messages? I have to load the app to see if I have any messages? Why does one message system use the word save to send a message? Do you not mean send? Why does the other message system use the word proceed? Do you not mean send? Why do the bullet points on the school dinners not line up correctly? There is a bullet point at the end of a line? Why does the dinner menu jump to the top of the list every time you update a child’s option?

There seems to be lots of dead ends, so for example I want to contact a parent of a student in my class, I cannot just load the register and see their contact details. I cannot figure out how to see their next lesson quickly (very time wasting to go to everyone’s times tables individually and tell them what they have next, especially prevalent at the beginning of the year)

As a supply teacher I have used different MIS platforms. This one is really difficult. I was suddenly assigned registration of an unfamiliar class and had to scroll through the whole list of tutor groups to find it. A filter or search would be helpful. Taking the register is fiddly and takes multiple taps to complete each pupil. It then complains about missing information which isn’t easy to see on the small screen. It’s my first day using this and I can’t find how to give positive praise in the system. That should be prominent. Does it exist? I browsed the help guides online but kept getting negative behaviour management. Where is it?

The app works just fine, but it needs an iPad version. It is using only a tiny portion of the screen real estate available.

It has a glitch that doesn't allow you to enter late minutes in the register. It would also benefit from a search feature like the web application where you can just type in a student name and then be presented with options such as behaviour, contact details etc. Overall basic and not hugely fluid in terms of user interface. The iPad app is a lazy effort with just an oversized phone variation

Latest update has been very frustrating. Waiting for fix.
