This is an absolute essential communication tool for this day… I feel really connected to my Dr and staff because of it!!
COVID-19 reminder
How do I get the COVID 19 reminder off my list of things I need to do. I hit hide, but it stays there.
Keep up to date
I enjoy being able to keep up to date through this application rather than tracking everything elsewhere. Staff is responsive to questions and I can get refills if medication easily.
Easy to use
I’ve been using my chart for so many years that I’m grateful that it’s available because it quick easy to login and very convenient for everyone!

Sometimes there’s no response for days.
Complicated
I used to love USO’s g my chart All the new changes have made the app difficult and complicated to navigate and use
Update more often
You list reminders, but once they are complete they are not always updated and I cannot remove them.
