The service will a scam, I paid for 3 months of services as well as 1 month of salary for the cook. The cook provided by them just came 1 day and after that even after several calls, no one responded. Please don’t get into trap of this app, they are frauds and scammers.

Highly unprofessional customer service with worst worker

They will say that cook just for 3499PM But in reality You need to pay Rs. 49 for booking then min. 3 months subscription which will cost around 8000 and then monthly salary to the help about Rs. 5000 So in total for 3 months cook service you will pay roughly 24000 for 2 people just for break and lunch dinner excluded.

We paid Broomies their advance charges for three months and were assured they will find us a Nanny.Two people joined and then there was a no show in two three days,third person whose profile was seen on the app didn’t even bother to join,agency is casual and doesn’t ask their members why they didn’t go to work,one is left stranded ! Moreover their first nanny tried to poach our existing house help!Now relationship manager has stopped taking calls and all calls are going unanswered at the main number.Disappointing and shocking is the least one can say!

Guys this is just a scam they charge you 49 rupees then they assign you a person the twist is no where it is mention that they have a subscription based model so basically your 49 rs is gone imagine conning thousands of people. You guys are a disgrace to entrepreneur get a life guys bunch of jokers and loosers

A fraud company. Takes you money in guise of subscription. Doesn’t provide services, no way to contact anyone except a relationship manager who will say company policy is not to refund money. Just a scam. Avoid at all costs. They are in the business to SCAM people by taking advantage of maid issues in cities. Don’t get trapped..

My experience with Broomees has been a nightmare. What seemed like a promising service quickly turned disastrous, wasting my hard-earned money. Here's why: False Promises: Polite and accommodating during onboarding, but everything changed after payment. The worker arrived late, and without notice, it was a completely different person. Unprofessional Workers: Poor hygiene, refusal to perform baby-related tasks, and rude behavior. I had to send her away within three hours. Terrible Customer Service: My relationship manager ignored my complaints, despite numerous follow-ups. I’ve been waiting over five days for a promised call. Manipulative Practices: They refused to assist with location updates, broke promises, and deducted subscription days without delivering services. A Pattern of Fraud: Many others have faced similar issues, revealing a clear pattern of deception. Conclusion: Broomees is a scam. Avoid them if you value your peace of mind.

If anyone has given more than one star to this app it’s definitely their own employees falsely reviewing or paid review. Do the moment they take money they stop replying. Going to consumer court soon. Hope they get punished for running a scam

None of the folks at Broomees are serious about their business. The relationship manage is not bothered about timely joining of the worker, nor even proactive in responding to my concerns. Many times the support call going unanswered. On Sunday, there is absolutely no one is available to talk. Tried calling them on Sunday, because the aligned worker did not join, but could not get any answer on phone. Even today the support team is not able to answer where the worker is, when she is joining. What if something go wrong on a Sunday, and no one from Broomees is available to talk or help, this will be ridiculous. This is the level of service after paying the 12k of management fees on top of premium level of Worker Salary which is more than Market rate of the area.

On taking the subscription, till now also I didn’t received the cook. I recommend to search locally or by calling Just dial for the search of maid or cook service provider instead of taking services with them.
