A great app. For those who wish to vary their workouts,their sandbag workouts,this is a very interesting app.
The only catch is that You can't keep the workouts unless you "do" the workout. Even if you don't complete it that's the only way to keep it. I don't know if you guys read the comments but many of the workouts you post over here shouldn't disappear if they aren't completed. Like the one you posted at the 30 of May. It's almost impossible to complete it in a working day,there's no time for it.
