Kann nicht einchecken
Stabi voll während der Klausuren Phase, dann hab ich einen Platz aber die App spinnt… nach dem neu installieren sind dann auch noch alle reservungen weg und ich muss in ne andere bib wo aber auch alles voll ist… unfassbar

Using the app BSB Reading Room Reservation is an easy and fast way for you to reserve your place in the General Reading Room of the Bayerische Staatsbibliothek.
Select the date and time, the duration of the reservation and the desired desk. Up to five dates can be reserved in advance. When you enter the General Reading Room at the start of the reservation period in question, you will find a display with your personal check-in code at the reserved reading desk. In this way, you can check in on site, keep your work place blocked out for other users by using a break function, and you can check out again at any desired time.
A valid reader pass is required for using the app. Please enable push messages and tracking of the location of your device, so that location-dependent functions can be provided.

Funktioniert nicht
2/3 der Plätze waren heute belegt, alle anderen waren frei und es stand auch frei auf den Bildschirmen am Platz und trotzdem war kein einziger zu Reservieren. Ich habe jetzt zeitgleich 2 Tische zur selben Zeit an Ipad und Iphone weil sich die App nicht synchronisiert und ich weiß nicht ob ich jetzt eins stornieren kann bzw welches gilt. Ich verstehe die Notwendigkeit der App nicht, vorher hat alles prima funktioniert. Und auch wenn man nicht in der Bib ist weiß die App ja nicht ob man die Sachen am Platz gelassen hat also komplett hinfällig. Warum führt man sowas ein bevor es auf Funktionalität geprüft wurde?

App hängt ständig und öffnet sich nicht! Daher kein Einchecken möglich …
Enttäuschend
Funktioniert nur 2 von 3 malen. Das Konzept ist nicht durchdacht, alle Plätze sind ausgebucht und die Bib ist halb leer. Digitale Transformation muss priorisieren werden.
Problem mit Standort
Die App braucht durchgehend deinen Standort um zu wissen ob man in der Bib ist. Die Möglichkeit sein Handy in den Flugmodus zu schalten ist daher leider keine Option.
Keine schlechte Idee…
Nur verliere ich meine Reservierung während ich an meinem Platz in der bib sitze nach einiger Zeit - das ist schon sehr unpraktisch
Kein Hinweis darauf, dass jetzt Ausweis für Einlass erforderlich isy
Vor ein paar Monaten reichte die Buchungsbestätigung um die Bibliothek besuchen zu können, heute wurde ich nach dem Ausweis gefragt und nicht reingelassen - eine einfach Info bei Buchung in der App hätte gereicht, dann hätte ich ihn dabei gehabt
