Wife purchased wallet, didn’t like it. Returning and trying to delete app from phone and CAN’T!! Need help! Don’t buy or download!!!

When I first saw it I thought it looked so but… when I got it. The wallet did not even show on the app and the alarm played on your phone so it was useless I wish this could have worked but it did not hope they can improve. so that is why I think that you should not buy it👎👎

Do not buy this product. It doesn’t work right. What a waste of money!!!!!

Cannot even get it to load on my phone going through many steps and it keeps making me retake them. Spend a few extra dollars get a better quality wallet this one’s junk. I’m sending it back to prime.

The app is very glitch in all kinds of annoying ways but it also has a dangerous flaw: Today I happened to have my earbuds in when I walked away from my wallet. The app sounded the alarm at an insanely loud volume level into my earbuds. My ears are still ringing. Be careful.

When I use the app, so could not use any of the features. There is no way to locate your wallet on the maps (which should be the main function this app). You need to work on the entire app itself, the organization is a little better but it still could also use lots of work. If you want people to buy your products then I’d suggest fixing these issues.

This app is one of those apps that asks for all your data like location. It’s just very shady

App doesn’t stay connected have to leave app open in background to make it work

Leather is nice and construction is good however I can’t get the wallet to connect to my phone. No matter what I try.
