Now existing BSNL customers from these circles can manage their single or multiple landline & broadband connections, view bill plans, make bill payments, and track their usage all in one place using this app. New users can also sign up and enjoy the hassle-free experience offered by the app. BSNL landline and broadband customers from the rest of the circles can continue using the MyBSNL app.

Bill payment via app is not working

Can not pay bill because none of the services such as net banking,upi payment or card payment is working.

Can’t add account

Please add more location to add ftth service phone number like in north delhi chandigarh himachal improve ypur service and live in many states

Unable to download the bills

After downloading bill not opening.

Facing issue for bill downloading, after successfully downloaded the bill is not opening for view.
