As I am trying to add my FTTH account but in vain it always shows you have to verify this number, But I don’t know where to verify and how to verify

One of the worst kind of network. Employees are worthless. In this 20th century they are failed to provide a right kind of app and network. Such a shame. Tomorrow I ll be shifting to JIO.

OTP DOES NOT COME ON TIME! IT’S VERY IRRITATING! And this stupid app keeps getting logged out! And all my recharge’s fail! I end up recharge using flipkart or my bank app! Fix your bugs BSNL! Or else don’t make this kind of apps! Just leave it to the pro! Like JIO AND AIRTEL! I’m seriously thinking about porting my number to JIO! And one star rating too much for you! I used to be so proud of you bsnl! Now I’m really sad!

Please provide GP 2 (date) also in plan details because it will be helpful to retain the number.Previously it was available in ‘My BSNL’ app but later, all details including recharge of Prepaid Numbers were shifted to this app. But GP 2 is still missing even after a couple of updates. why? Is it a policy to hide GP 2 to put pressure on customers to recharge frequently?

BSNL came with good application but while adding landline FTTH services try to give the option to change the plan.
