Tried 7 times to process order but kept going back to payment. Eventually went through but didn’t get by $10 discount.

Terrible app! Doesn’t let you filter search so you end up having to scroll through thousands of shoes. So unsophisticated and clunky, like it was made 12 years ago.

On the App facial recognition isn’t an option, you have to type your password in. Hoping you can fix this.

I just had a wonderful experience in Bstore in Whitfords & Claremont the staff are so patient and polite. The selection of stock is amazing and the advice given. Is upfront and I love that. Please keep it real. That’s what brings customers back. See you again soon. I even have ordered from your website as advertised too. I Also find the website easy to use. Thanks guys 👍

Sticking with the website because the filtering there is far superior. Why would I want to open every listing in the app just to see what’s in stock in my size? A basic filtering fix would radically improve this app.

So happy Bstore finally have their own app. Now shopping is so much easier, already ordered my new birks can’t wait for them to arrive

This app is too easy to spend money 😂 love having the Apple Pay option so I don’t have to mess around with filling in delivery address etc.
