Buena aplicación, solo que al presionar el botón de mute, te indica que la línea está en mute, pero no te deja escuchar la conversación al igual al quitar el mute.

Después del último update, el botón para mutear no sirve bien. En ocasiones la pantalla se queda cargando para entrar a la conferencia y no te permite ver el status actual de la gente ni quien está en línea

Mute makes worthless
Like all I read read, the mute option causes BIG issues. You have to wait for a 5 seconds audio to mute or to unmuted that makes you lose content and makes you unable to speak.
Then, you can’t unmute in the lock screen, causing a long time to be able to reply someone, sometimes they giving up. Not mentioning when you think it’s muted but it’s not. Horrifying.
Mute/Unmute notification sound
The mute/Unmute notificaron sound is so loud and it mutes the person talking just to notify me I'm mute/Unmute. I ALREADY KNOW THAT, I'm clicking on it!!!
It also doesn't allow you to delete old conference account #. Why is that so hard?
Remove Mute Announcement
Every time on pressing mute/unmute, the lady voice eats up 5 seconds of audio. Please REMOVE THAT ANNOUNCEMENT. Do u understand that it is a disaster?
Still horrible after updates
Having a voice over ‘your line has been muted/unmuted’ when attending calls - that suppresses the audio from call for 3 seconds .. Not able to use ‘Mute’ option due to it
So many non addressed issues
There are so many issues with this app and it is a pity because none of them are major and could be easily fixed. The major problems are about the mute button, that many have already addressed and the second is that often the app is stuck in the connection screen. It will work, but you won’t be able to change audio settings (go to speakerphone for example) or see the participants. Audio is great but these issues seriously degrade the experience.
Has anyone at BT ever been in a conf. call?
You're probably downloading this because your company told you to and you have no option. Fine. The way this app deals with "mute" - as mentioned in other reviews, arguably one of the most important features in conference calls - is an absolute disaster. I don't think anyone at BT has ever been in a conference call. That one feature is plagued by multiple bugs and terrible choices. Chiefly amongst them:
1) Whenever you mute, a voice kicks in to say that "YOUR LINE HAS BEEN MUTED", or "YOUR LINE HAS BEEN UNMUTED", and you just lost 5 seconds of what your client or boss just said. Brilliant!
2) Sometimes mute just doesn't work at all. The button is activated, but it isn't really on mute. You think nobody can hear you, but your client or boss just heard your wife say she wants a divorce. Brilliant!
3) Best of all, if your phone is locked and if mute is somehow working, you just can't change mute status. You have to unlock your phone to unmute yourself. Your boss or client just asked a question, and now you're fumbling with your password to unlock your screen, listen to the helpful woman say that "YOUR LINE HAS BEEN UNMUTED", to respond to them. Brilliant!
4) Last but not least, the lock call screen mute button also shows the opposite of what the app is doing. If the app is muted, the lock screen will show it's unmuted, and vice-versa. Just... absolutely... speechlessly... brilliant.
TURN OFF THE ‘LINE HAS BEEN MUTED’ VOICE INTERRUPTION!
I have stopped using this app because it interrupts my call stating ‘your line has been muted’ when I have to mute the line. This keeps me from hearing several seconds of speech and I often have to ask folks to repeat because of this.
This is not a benefit and is a significant pain point. I am using my phone line to dial in to conferences instead.
