BTFIT offers in-app purchases in the auto-renewable subscription model, which allow access to a premium tier of services within BTFIT. Payments are made through the user’s iTunes account and the subscription is automatically renewed unless the auto-renew modality is disabled by the user at least 24 hours prior to the end of the renewal period. Subscriptions can be managed by the user by navigating into the iTunes account management after the purchase is made.

The subscription can be made in a monthly or annual plans (all renewed automatically).

Assinatura anual paga mas tenho as aulas bloqueadas

Paguei a assinatura anual em janeiro 2024 mas já não consigo aceder ás aulas. Estão bloqueadas. Já enviei várias mensagens para a BTFit mas nunca obtive resposta. Ou resolvem o problema ou me reembolsam.

Projeção para a TV deixou de funcionar (Chromecast)

A APP era fantástica e já a uso há dois anos mas há umas semanas deixou de ser possível passar a imagem do telemóvel para a TV através do Chromecast. Já enviei várias mensagens mas nunca obtive resposta. Provavelmente não vou renovar a assinatura.

Erro na Abertura

Não consigo abrir a App, hoje durante o dia todo esteve indisponível. Torna-se aborrecido pois tenho plano diário em curso. ☹️

Apple Watch

Quando não finalizo uma aula ela entra automaticamente nos exercícios feitos e conta como calorias gastas no meu perfil. Não da para só contar quando eu carrego no botão finalizar aula? A sincronização com o Apple Watch não está a funcionar muito bem.
