Unable to play new levels on my iPad ever since the release of IOS18. Support offered no help. The Community Page moderators were kind and tried to offer some assistance but nothing worked. I think that they all have given up on finding a real solution/fix to this ongoing problem. The game has been offloaded and hoping for a "miracle cure"that will never come.

Game is good and fun but every time you do an update something goes wrong. This time it’s the friends’ lives gift, there aren’t any even though I’ve gifted to others. I see others are complaining of the same thing so I know it’s not just me. Can’t play without lives :).
Lately the game has been freezing and crashing with no update to address the glitch. Will uninstall if not fixed soon.
Open the level and there are no bubbles on the screen and nothing to shoot. I’ve tried waiting, restarting, rebooted my phone and deleted the app. Untill now I’ve been playing everyday.

The game itself is great but there are times where it gets frozen on the loading screen and crashes completely. Also having problems trying to open my messages without the game crashing. Unfortunate.
