Not just this game but the State Farm’s ad final screen never closes and you have to restart the game. Otherwise pretty fun to play and I appreciate the chance to watch ads for extra lives.

We’ve played this game for years, love it so much, it’s what I play when needing to get away from everything. But, lately I’ve run into a Ad I can’t get out of. I have to shut my tablet off, loosing my life, my rewards and starting again. It’s the same ad every time. What is going on ? I’ve been at this for 4 days, it’s quite depressing. This is going to sound super corny, but this game has gotten me through a lot. I started playing 15 years ago and my life has just had so many things happen since then. It's calming and relaxing to come back to and it is almost nostalgic for me at this point. Thanks.

I have been playing for a long time and I can’t figure out why some ads are blocking my play. The State Farm ad is one of the worst and also Amazon . I don’t know why but I sure wish someone would fix it. Thanks

I’ve been playing this game for a long time and there is now a state farm gamer hood ad that pops up when you opt to watch an ad to gain more bubbles to continue your play. The problem is there’s no way to get rid of it and continue playing. I am playing on iPad mini and I have to close the game and then go to the section on the iPad that allows you to remove any open apps from your history. This allows you to reopen the game and try again but the stupid State Farm ad keeps popping up stalling gameplay. I reported it in the contact us portion of the app and got a generic reply, based on what I clicked on when I told them what the problem was. They totally ignored the detailed information about the problem and gave me a canned reply. I replied to that and tried to give them the detailed information again, including a screenshot of the ad that keeps popping up that can’t be closed. They replied by sending me a link to a survey, wanting to know how their reply to my problem rated. If I could’ve given it a zero I would have.

The frozen adds are driving me crazy! At first it was a McDonald’s add now it is a State Farm add! It is causing me to turn on and off my IPad every time I ask for the extra gifts. I have been stuck on the same level for 4 days! It’s also caused me to lose over and over again. Please fix! Frustrating!

Game is fun. Sometimes the ads don’t move on and you can’t get rid of them so you have to start the game over.

I’m stuck on # 7973. The ad about State Farm comes on it doesn’t go away. Cannot proceed. Can you please help me. Thank you

I only gave 4 stars due to some ADS freeze up the game. The ad from State Farm game hood is constantly freezing!!! This prevents me from playing the game. Please remove this AD.

I love this game but was very saddened when I clicked into my game a few minutes after midnight and I had lost my 656 day log in streak. I didn’t know you only had to midnight to claim your daily streak status..now I have to start over and really don’t care if I play this game again now!!
