Purchased tickets for “Bucks Night Out” for Dec 21 2025 vs Wizards. Received a confirmation email about the free Michelob Ultra that was included with the purchase. However, the instructions in the email about the “simple” process to redeem the offer did not match the options available in the app. Had to pay full price for my beer. What a scam!!! Even asked the guy working the beer booth. He said there should have been a scannable bar code with the ticket. He looked in my phone, couldn’t find it. I’m very disappointed in Ticketmaster and the Bucks for this!!!

Pro tip: if you’re going to force people to integrate with Ticketmaster in order to use the digital tickets, the integration with Ticketmaster should actually work. I tried connecting my account and it kept telling me the username and password were wrong, even though I literally just logged into my Ticketmaster app using those credentials.

When I open the app it prompts to turn on location sharing, which I don’t want to do. No option to opt out. If I click to enable, tho I don’t want to, the app just crashes. Unable to use app at all.

The Milwaukee Bucks app has very little content. It is very difficult to use. It does not update daily. The content is weak and it’s not accessible. The tabs on this page should be updated and more modern. The whole website is a tragedy to the Milwaukee community all the money you spend on players you would think that you would spend a little bit more money on your website to make it user-friendly.

This has been very helpful for when I need to check out the games!

They took away a bunch of icons

Awful’ listed my tickets and tried cancelling listing for two hours wouldn’t let me and someone purchased my tickets now I have to cancel all plans and let down my family
