This has got to be the worst app on my phone and by far the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. They’re inadequate updating of their app for activities is shocking but surprisingly their payment system to collect money works perfectly. FIX YOUR SERVICE!!!
Been member for over a year, and the same utterly horrendous app has never been changed. Over-looked this as the activities are fun… but the quality has decreased recently, bookings are often for 1 month+ in the future which you forget and now the activities are repetitive. Plus the price increase whilst the app is still utter garbage. Such a big shame, no excuse for app development this poor, letting a great idea dwindle. Just want to shake the management by the shoulders
This company are a scam. They claim to have a set of terms and conditions but don’t follow these they also ignore customer emails. Using the app is awful and they rely too heavily on social media and do not use email to communicate with customers. This company is also anti inclusion and does not support disabled customers
The owner of this app isn't offering a genuine business but a scam to rid you of your subscription money. Avoid - they’re wasting your time and money
Way below average. If you want to experience great London activities this isn’t it. If you thought Groupon was boring… you were wrong. Buckt managed to outdo them 👎🏻
It’s a shame and I don’t understand how such poor designed product was accepted on the app store. Awful UX, and service is quite weird itself
Don’t get this app.
I wanted days to be accepted on the app, when I was finally accepted I was no longer in London as it was Christmas time so I paused my subscription and thought I could use the activities for 3 months but apparently you need to book them in the first month. So in the end I paid and wasn’t able to use any of the activities. Now I’m trying to cancel this subscription and it is also a nightmare to cancel it. Worst experience ever!!!
I spent over £100 on subscriptions for presents. The booking process is extremely annoying and we ended up only being able to use one of the tickets worth around £10. I then tried to cancel the scale but they said I could only postpone the subscription on the page. I postponed to the latest possible date so that I could stop payments. They then billed me without reminding me off the subscription. I tried to resolve this with the team but they were unaccepting of the situation, accepted no fault and wouldn’t refund. Now I’m stuck with tickets to a poetry reading and some other rubbish activities I don’t want!
