Every time I try to log into my account, it tells me that my password is invalid. I have changed my password several times and it will allow me in initially and then if I have to log out and go back on, it says that the information is no longer valid. I know that I am putting in the correct password because I have taken a photo and copied it exactly. I make reservations frequently as a travel for work and I'm getting very annoyed and may switch to a different carrier just because every time I try to get into my account I have a problem.
Downloaded the App but was never able to login despite repeated attempts and making sure I am typing the correct credentials
The app has very limited functionality. I can’t even view the details of my current reservation other than the very basics of the vehicle, but nothing about when/where I pick up/drop off, times, etc. It doesn’t even have a photo of the vehicle (not that I really care, but just goes to show you how little they care about the functionality of the app and information). This does not influence the app rating, but if you provide an electric/hybrid vehicle, maybe you should ensure it has more than 0% charge on the batteries.
Your app needs major work. It is very difficult to cancel a reservation
I will never use this rental company or anything associated with them. I booked online, prepaid then extended my original rental online and again prepaid online through Budget both times with my bank debit card. I then go in person to pick up the rental, they used my Capital One credit card to put the deposit hold on, everything was good until the extension that I booked online, called the store in Round Rock, spoke to the rep, he updated my rental agreement, or so he was supposed, come to find out he didn’t. I get threats by text, by phone and more saying I’ve basically stolen the vehicle, they then put out a search and much more, charge me $500 for repo and a total of 1300 plus on top of what I prepaid. They claim they didn’t get the prepaid, the rep didn’t do his job and now this is about to be taken to the news because they refuse to use their brains or do any work and actually look at all the proof I send them so I’ll let the news put them on blast and see if they come to their senses. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM
I currently have a reservation but unless I know the reservation number, the app cannot find it. Why is that? My airline app knows my upcoming reservation. Why can’t this app automatically find the reservation once I am logged in? The reservation number is too long to remember.
Why wont the app remember a trip thar was booke by my airline partner even after I look it up in the app by confirmation code. I see a reference to add my fastbreak number but cant actually sed how to do it. Finally I am trying to add an additional driver on the day of the remtal for $13, but the total price of the rental seems to be tripling??? Further, it would be nice to be able to chat with someone in real time. Thx

Fastbreak is a well design service that doesn't work as intended. Sadly, BUDGET is loosing their way. Same happened to Hertz many years ago. Growth brings challenges that need to be resolved, if not, you will lose you loyal customers. So sad.
