I came here to download the aap but as I much I read about your app and saw the ratings i decided not to download this aap. Thank you ppl for letting us know.

Paid for ‘cheap’ movie tickets. I selected my cinema, movie, seat and time. When I read my confirmation email I found it odd it specifically said ‘this does not secure you a seat in this session’. When I arrived at the cinema I opened my ‘tickets’ to find they are just eVouchers for movie tickets. Nothing to do with the movie or time I selected. I tried to use the vouchers at the automated booking machine and an error popped up saying the voucher could not be redeemed and to speak with staff. After waiting in a long line (missing the movie start time) the voucher did not even work for the staff and I had to pay full price for my tickets. The most amazing thing I found was that after all of this hassle, the full price tickets were 50 cents more than the discounted price. Do not use this app if you are trying to save money on movie tickets, it is not worth the hassle.

Worst app ever.

Junk app, junk software, activate member number and one password does not work. The support does not care. Useless stuff

They offer a sign up bonus that doesn’t even work. I input and double checked my details multiple times and the system did not recognise me. Just plain misleading.

Rubbish app!!!!!!!

Navigation is non existent. They’re pushing customers to it yet clearly haven’t invested in a proper UX design. Also confusing as it says rewards is available to customers with two or more policies, which I have, but then it’s prompting me to get another policy to gain access to rewards.

Signed up pre 2021 , worked ok. Now no longer recognises my password or member number. Tried re-joining but no luck.
