Really great app
Budget hound is a really great app that allows you to actively manage your finances in any language and currency, for any duration of time. It is a smooth, lightweight app with simple but extensive collection of financial features that just makes it cool. While using the app, you create a budget in your preferred currency for a given time frame (e.g a month or any custom period). Then you include your expected income and expenses within that timeframe. The app also recommends that you include a percentage of your total income in that timeframe as savings. Once you've supplied all this information, the app then calculates a daily budget for you that will meet up with the plan you've made. Now "spend wisely" is no longer just a rhetoric you hear but a precise maximum amount you can spend within a day. That's all you ever needed right? And oh there's more. The app allows you to actively track your recorded daily transactions to ensure you're working with your budget. No longer will your hard earned money just run out by surprise! You also get free analysis and categorisation of your transactions to make figuring out things much easier. And if you subscribe to to the PRO version, you gain access to the inbuilt calculator and also the trends page with deeper analysis of your transactions to point out patterns in your spending habit. This app is just your digital money guy. Kudos to the developer. I'll however suggest that future versions of the app should allow users to actively record their transactions within the budget in the app instead of importing a CSV file. How about support for image analysis, so users can scan their receipts to record transactions? This will be really cool. Also, the settings control for display and language in the app seem to redirect to the system settings on the phone. I think this needs to be looked at. Last but not the least, the android version of this app needs to be developed as quickly as possible. Kudos once again.
