Budget Planner App - Fleur

My balance will change randomly when nothing is added or subtracted to it. Had $111 as the balance, did not mess with the app at all and it randomly changed to -$42. I have been using this app for 6 months and it does this constantly, I am always having to fix it, I have looked over the settings and all my reoccurring payments and can not find why this is happening.

This app is cute & aesthetically pleasing. That’s the best thing it has going for it. It has a debt tracker which is cool but when you use that tool, it won’t show your debt ratio in the budget tracking insights. The features on this app just don’t speak to each other like they should. As a money tracker it is lacking many features that free apps have available, like a “cleared” and “uncleared” option that shows your true bank account balance. There’s a “paid” option but your balance always shows the transaction as cleared even if you don’t select paid. There’s a fortnightly or bimonthly option to view your budget but it doesn’t allow you to organize your budget into 1st and 2nd half of the month, it just splits it down the middle. It was advertised as a sale purchase $15.99 but I was charged the full purchase amount of over $25 when I purchased the app. The only thing that you can do with the purchase is add more categories to your budget, not worth the $25.

Wondering why my balance didn't line up with the app so i calculated it myself and it was always off by around $300.

Each time i clicked on a different feature a pop up appeared showing that the original one time cost was $125 and I could pay $15. Then would say original cost is $80 and I could pay $15 and so on.

I like the simple layout and aesthetic of the app, it’s very easy and intuitive to use. I have been using Floret for my appointments and reminders and it’s been going well. With Fleur, I typically micromanage my budget by setting budgets for specific categories. Fleur initially didn’t have that but after emailing the developer, Akash, they’ve included it into the app and now it’s perfect for my needs. I really appreciate Akash being receptive of feedback. I highly recommend this app for anyone that likes a simple aesthetic but with in-depth features.

I’ve been using this app for a while and it has EVERYTHING I was looking for and it’s so easy to use. The small fee at first is so worth it. I tried a couple other apps and none of them are as good as this one. Let’s you add multiple accounts for income and debt. Can’t recommend enough! If you’re looking for a good budgeting app, this is it.

This app is so aesthetic and fun to use. It’s helped me with tracking my expenses. The apps service people also responded to my email very quick :)

Very frustrating to use. It’s hard to delete/ edit transactions, every time I try to delete an expense, it does not work and my rent was multiplied by 3, the insights tab is not user friendly. Paid $26 for nothing ugh.

My 6 year old niece was playing on my phone and purchased by mistake. I requested a refund promptly (maybe an hour or two after once I noticed). Was denied twice without an explanation as to why it doesn't qualify. Poor customer service and I feel confidently that the poor customer service would reflect throughout the app if any further issues of assistance were needed.
