I am new to BFG and my initial experince has been excellent. Andrew has been very attentive to my situation which is somewhat unique because I am fighting the effects of PP multiple scleroses which are difficult to wrap your arms around. Andrew has introduced me to some basic stretching, muscle building and balance techniques which so far seem to be spot on. The web site is excellent helping you to keep focused on these techniques at home.
