Buffalo transport for Port Elizabeth out of town service has always given me exceptional service. The driver assigned for such deliveries notifies me by call as to when my parcel will be delivered and every delivery has met the deadline. Easy tracking on app. Messages are regularly received on the tracking of the shipment progress. A well done for exceptional service to be made to Buffalo for their top class app as well as the driver assigned for such deliveries. Driver assigned for such deliveries is known as a Chris. Its charges are crazy and unreasonable. The delivery guys are impatient and rude. It doesn’t even deserve this 1 star . SHEIN should stick to Imile or Aramex not this

The delivery service is rude they were suppose to deliver my parcel at the door but instead they said I should just come and fetch the heavy box from the main road were it’s a big distance from where I stay whereas I paid for delivery and the delivery was very expensive
You have to log in every time and all the blocks you have to tap takes forever, and then another million taps to get to orders, which are never updated. DELETE APP !
What a sh! t company , no way to contact them, their watsap number is n bot, leading you nowhere, my parcel has been “on the vehicle out for delivery” for 3 days and still …. all , you cant call their office because its also automated switchboard, and no one to talk to , what a load of cr app, used their contact form on the website to try to get hold of someone, and guess what, no response, a truly chy nese company meeting Africa n excellence , what a joke , are the driver to re tar ded , to call the mobile number on the waybill or what
Proof of payment does not uploade??
I used the app to pay the duties and tax, yet the keep on insisting that it is unpaid. I’ve sent the proof of payment numerous via e-mail, but they don't even reply. A total disgrace, and you’ll be ill advised should any one recommend using Buffalo
I had a bad experience with Buffalo Logistics. The customer service was rude and unprofessional. My order was placed on 13th April 2024 and it only arrived in South Africa on 27th April. The driver was supposed to deliver my order on Friday, 3rd May, but it didn't arrive. When I called to inquire, the lady on the phone was rude and unhelpful. I was informed that my order can only be delivered on Monday. However, the delivery failed, and I called again on Saturday, but the lady on the phone was also rude and unprofessional. When I called today, a different lady answered and was rude. I asked when my package would be delivered, and she mentioned Wednesday or she didn't know. When I tried to address the issue, she cut the call on me.
