ทีแรก เว็บได้หักเงินไปแล้วแต่ไม่สามารถดูละครได้เลย ได้ส่งแจ้งไปทางเพจเฟสบุ๊คของทางแอพ ได้แก้ไขให้เรียบร้อย ถ้าของใครมีปัญหาแบบเดียวกันแจ้งไปทางเพจเฟสบุ๊คเลยนะคะ เขาปรับปรุงแก้ไขให้รวดเร็ว

ค่าบริการแพงไม่ว่าเพราะได้ดูละครเก่าๆที่หสดูยากๆ แต่สมัครแล้วดูไม่ได้ เป็นมาหลายวันแล้ว ปรับปรุงด้วยค่ะ ไม่งั้นคงได้ยกเลิก

เข้าสู่ระบบยากมากๆ ถ้าเทียบกับแอพอื่นๆ แถมราคาก็แพงกว่า ระบบทั้งในเว็บและในแอพค่อนข้างช้า ระบบรวนมากๆๆๆๆๆ อยากให้ปรับปรุงค่ะ ถ้าเทียบกับราคาและคุณภาพ ยังสู้แอพอื่นไม่ได้ค่ะ
