Please fix the glitch. I keep getting a notification on a note I deleted.

I’ve had this app for years & used it everyday. Recently even when I turn the reminder off I still get alerted. I ended up having to delete the app because the alerts won’t stop. Super bummed about this because it has been a huge asset to my day and I can’t seem to find one that works like this one used to.

This has been my go-to app for many years. It's always served me perfectly. However, recently I discovered that the reminders keep coming every minute despite my canceling it or deleting it. No matter what I do, it keeps buzzing. Can you please fix this? I use it for my as job as an assistant to a busy CEO and desperately need this to work. Please, and thank you.

Been using this wonderful app for about ten years. It definitely has some quirks, but I have always loved it. However, I see that the app settings information, the App Store page, the website, etc. are not updated at all and consequently contain false information. Despite what the help section information says, there is no restore purchases feature in the iPad app. I just recently had to replace my iPad with the ninth generation version and the app will not allow me to restore my purchases of different style paper packages. As if that were not bad enough, when I open a note that uses a paper style I purchased in the past, the app is deleting it and converting the note to a plain colored Post-it note of the color it chooses. So not only do I not have access to my past purchases, the app is deleting the purchased notes styles I already have utilized for my notes. I think that’s called stealing…

This is a wonderful app to use for notes, passwords, whether you jot or type things out making the backgrounds colorful by using a picture or the colors provided by the app itself. I have had this app across all my phones since the iPhone 4. I still use it today and highly recommend it to friends. THIS IS REALLY A GREAT APP TO HAVE👍, great!!!

I purchased the app on my iPhone and it was terrific. But, now my notes keep disappearing. I tried to contact the developers and everything that I have tried have lead me to a dead end. Can someone tell me just how do you report and issue with this app?

I’ve been using this app for years and am frustrated that it won’t work now that I updated my phone. Please update ASAP!

Your next updated version make the note bigger to write on.

It seems the developer doesn’t really care about creating a fully functioning app. There is no UNDO option ... a BASIC function for most apps. So, if you make one tiny mistake, you have to use the eraser — which is huge compared to the pen, so you end up erasing more than you want and have to erase the entire note and start over. It has been mentioned in the reviews before, but the developer just doesn’t give a darn. (Look through the reviews — developer doesn’t respond.) It does nag you, so that works at least and gets 2 stars for that functionality.
