Build Master: Bridge Race

If you want to get anywhere in the game you have to spend money. But yet even after people spending hundreds/thousands of dollars customer service refuses to answer messages to fix glitch’s in the game. I have sent multiple messages to customer service in the past month none of which have been answered. Customer service 101 if your customers spend money & they have issues & you can’t be bothered to even acknowledge or reply to said messages people tend to quit giving you there business. Which means your profits go down the drain.

I thought this game was about fixing bridges? It goes into a a lot of other stuff that it’s not even a bridge game anymore! Also, it’s super guided and you don’t even make a bridge, you just make it symmetrical. Please make this into an actual bridge building game!

Game wasn’t like it was in the ads

This game can be so fun! After you pass the bridge portion there’s a whole world with other players. They become your friends and as time goes on you learn who to trust. You don’t have to spend lots of money but you will need to spend a lot of time and effort. Until one of your team members screws your over. Trust no one. It’s fun but it runs it’s course and after a certain amount of seasons you need to choose to continue or quit.

Useless app when you can’t even open it when it keeps saying connection error on WiFi or even 5g

I wouldn’t even have given it 1 star 350 dollars to migrate to another planet do not get sucked into this game it cost a fortune to play it and the more you grown it get so expensive

This game is bad people just pick on smaller players and the ads are deceiving this game is TERRIBLE

Look, when you blatantly misrepresent your game you know straight away it’s absolute trash or else you would just advertise the actual game, this is a dirtbag move and just stupid, how about you just develop the game you actually advertise which is what attracts people… dirt bags

The basic game is fun until you hit a problem, then you are up the creek without a paddle, because all they are interested in is selling you the “special packages”. Their so called customer support consists of flawed canned responses.

This game has nothing to do with this ad. Don’t download this expecting to build bridges.
