How much does BuildCores cost?
BuildCores has several in-app purchases/subscriptions, the average in-app price is 2.99 $.
I think this app is almost as good as pc part picker. The biggest differences are that this apps prices are not 100% accurate. Although Pc part picker has the same issue, it is worse here. It also doesn’t have every part I want to use. These flaws can’t outweigh how great this app is. Would definitely recommend downloading it.
Amateur hour
Very few parts are available on this app. Could find less than half of the components I have on my build. Big names too. Gigabyte, Fractal, NZXT- huge selling products that have been on the market for years are just not here.
Move along, very little to see here.
Outdated
Doesn’t seem to have any current components.
Giving me wrong products
Many products listed aren’t right. Ex: when redirecting to the Amazon link for Power color rx 7800 xt red devil, you get directed to a rtx 4060 instead.

App gets stuck in loop
The app is fine for finding parts and putting together a PC build, but if you click on one of the “Buy” buttons for a part, it will automatically bring you to Amazon or Newegg or BestBuy in a Web Browser or it will open it on the companies app if you have it installed, all fine and dandy there. But when you go back to the PC Builder app, it will get stuck in a hyperlink loop that brings you back to the web site or app from the original part you were trying to buy. The PC Builder app becomes unusable unless you close it and reopen.
The best helper tool
Okay, first off, this App is amazing for its simplicity and the functionality of it! I’ve been wanting to find good components for a computer to buy, and this is the perfect tool! All of the other computer building apps don’t work as well as this one. There is also a lot more than just building a computer, you can literally make your own parts, in the community! You can also share your builds, and comment on them, overall perfect app, it’s free, fun, and simple!
Great app
This app is great. I'm trying to make a computer building company and this helped me sooooo much.
UI is gorgeous but missing basic parts in search
In their defense you can add parts yourself but it kind of defeats the purpose if you’re having to look up basic parts that even Best Buy has. Specifically I am talking about the 4080 founders edition. Although it is a niche case they also don’t have the Formd T1 case which I can’t give too much flak because most build websites don’t have it either.
Missing case
When I got the game I was expecting it to have the case IWas going to use for my PC The DA 601 but it wasn’t there
