Great app for trades work of all kinds not just commercial but I would recommend it to anyone

New system at work, absolutely hate this app

The app is extremely easy to use

After the recent update / upgrade. So now when you enter a summary of work done the text is all lower case. That means when on a Phone or I pad you have to manually capitalize the first character in the sentence. Remember these are the people making or breaking our companies profitability.

App is getting better with every update. Easy for techs to use in the field, and helps keep us informed about the day to day on the job site.

Build up is still way behind the curve on development. It is not reliable for holding data or receiving it. They need to spend a lot more money affecting this app for liability.

BuildOps has been instrumental in improving communication between field and office, and improving overall work efficiency.

BuildOps allows me to enter equipment/assets on a new or existing Service Agreement with photos, model#, serial#, location, and attach manuals specific to that asset. As well as several other things. This allows the Techs to easily identify what equipment is on the Agreement and gives them the proper documentation for the Preventative Maintenance. I am able to make tasks that the Tech can see that come from the manufacturers own Preventative Maintenance tasks. The customer is also able to see that the tasks have been completed exactly as the manufacturer specified. Also, I can make Notes about the Customer/property for the Techs to see before they arrive on site. Like if, a certain size ladder is needed. But more importantly, I can leave instructions for safety requirements.
