The app will not finalize an order if one of the items is out of stock. It also will not tell me which item is out of stock so I ended up calling customer service to fix things on monday. I had trouble with this today, and I had trouble with this the last time I placed an order. Frustrating. Pete

I would really like to be able to zoom in on product photos. I tend to go search for the product elsewhere just to get a closer look, then come back to BRS to purchase. Other than that, great app!! BRS rocks!

You can’t get better deals then what BRS throws in holidays. I always buy something every holiday due to the discounts.

Bulk reef supply is great. The app is terrible.

I use Alkatronic and hydros, they did them dirty. Deleted the app and will not use them anymore for anything.

Just be careful with the content and products they “suggest” they have proven that the only customer they are worried about is there parent company.

BRS sold me an Aquamaxx roller filter that I cannot get refills for. When I purchased it, I bought the refills BRS said people buy with this purchase…. They don’t fit and I cannot return the roller filter. Sad
