Lacks of automatic communication after winning a bid. I don’t know when will my item I’ve won be shipped. No notification or messages. Please let your customers know what was going on. It seems that you’re only very efficient on collecting the funds.

Very nice people. Talked to one of owners a couple days ago. He answered phone on Sunday and could not have been nicer. He did his best to help me. He answered my question and even spent a few minutes talking to me about idea to make it easier to win auctions from other professional dealers using apps to outbid beginner coin collectors. Andrew was very nice and friendly for a busy man. Thank you again.

Starting to build a unbelievable collection and enjoying the auctions that I have bid in thus far GOFBC. “ keep calm plunder on”

When there is no bids and you’re the first person to bid on a coin and you’re first bid says you were outbid and then the higher you bit it continues to say you have been outbid but there were NO BIDS TO BEGIN WITH! Think I’m done with this site!!!!!

I have numerous times to add my CC for auctions, via picture of CC and manually. Neither way works. What’s the problem on your end????

I haven’t received or heard anything from anyone about my coin I won on Jan. 4th!!!

Nice set of coins for sale. Good customer service too. However, this site does not give you any details of the coin. Just a picture of it and what it is. If you have a question about a coin or a set or what is the difference, no details of it or why. You have to contact them one by one each time. Along with either calling or email which takes way to long. I want to speak with a person not a computer I want a easy button to press for the details so I can easily move on. eBay is simpler
