Le badge ne marche jamais alors j ai essayé l appli. C est tout aussi nul.

Nous avons appeler pour avoir de l aide sur une borne recharge le monsieur a été très gentil et patient merci

Impossible d’utiliser la carte Bump
Bien que vous m’ayez renvoyé une nouvelle carte Bump, impossible de s’en servir. Aucune réaction lorsqu’on la présente à l’écran. Je dois être complètement demeuré ! Quel est le mode d’emploi? Chronologie de la mise en œuvre ? Merci

L’application est mise à jour régulièrement Toujours des bugs ,un bug en chasse un autres. lancement aléatoirement possible depuis l’application, quand le chargement est lancé depuis l’application impossible d’arrêter la charge. Heureusement que les autres opérateurs répondent. Service client injoignable par téléphone. Pas de réponse au message vocal laissé. Mail de fin de charge reçu 24h après la charge. Il n’y a pas de stabilité à ce jour avec BUMP.
