Photos added
Ive loved using this app for our summer camp photos. However, whenever photos are added they go to the bottom of the album. If there was a sort album button that allowed newest photos added to be at the top that would be amazing!

Excellent app!
This app definitely helps me see what other sessions are doing while I pack and get more excited! I always LOVE going to my camp so the photos pump me up.
In both 2022 and 2024, my daughter went away to camp and we paid for Bunk1. She’s easily homesick, so we sent notes, sometimes multiple, every day. When we picked her up, we found out she had not gotten any of the notes, and come to find out she didn’t get her notes in 2022 either. The camp directors were unable to find her bunk notes. So where did they go? Bunk1 did refund me for this year but was unable to refund for previous years. I won’t be paying for this again, most likely.
I love that you can get a glimpse of your camper while they are away! It’s the best of both worlds of parenting…separated but still able to see. Warms my heart! Ava’s Momye
We regularly play where’s Waldo to find our child in camp photos. Bunk1 will find them in a massive group photo. As a consumer, it’s wonderful-other than the very significant price increase for photo recognition and bunk1 notes this year. As a producer, the random file naming convention is challenging. Thankfully the Dropbox interface works well. When uploading photographs directly it often fails.
The prices for parents are extreme considering the product. Camps would be better served to just set up a general email address for parents to send notes to their campers.
I never write reviews, and was hesitant to write this one. Our kids are at Sky Ranch for their first summer camp experience ever, the app has not worked right since we downloaded it. We have received very few pictures after paying for the service and extra for messaging privileges. I have been told they are working on it, with no timeline for a fix. As well as no offer for refunds.
We love using this app to see pictures of our child enjoying camp. The AI to detect pictures from the 100s of photos is very helpful. Being able to send notes is a great way to show you care while your child is practicing some independence.
This app never works properly charged me two times and I’m back-and-forth with customer service trying to get my silly $10 refund. Calling customer service they say their system has glitches and that’s an understatement. No. It’s JUNK
