Overwhelming experience
The UI/UX is extremely inconvenient the previous one used to be better and clearer, now I struggle to find a simple information like My network And there's a constant error when clicking on My details although the app is updated and the connection is good I still can't see the details page
Always not working
Every time i open the app the message appear 25 years taking long time sometimes its lagging
Very slow and hangs
My phone is "xs max". I found the application changed my phone number to an old number (I don't know how). I tried to change the number multiple times and "unexpressive" error message "error happened" appears every time. I removed the application and installed it again and now I can't login though user and password are correct. It hangs at verifying the mobile number.

تطبيق استخدامة صعب وشركة سيئة في المطالبات مع ان تأميني VVIP اقسم بجلال الله اني اتشائم من هذي الشركة اذا تعاقدوا معها .

One of the worst app I ever used, the interface is stuck, not open or allow login
تطبيق سيء جدا وغير مناسب لحجم شركة بوبا
لا يتم الدخول للتطبيق بسهولة كود التحقق يتم كتابته بشكل صحيح والتطبيق لا يقبل خروج مفاجيء من التطبيق

سيء لدرجة انه فحص سكر الدم يطلع لك مرفوض سيء لا انصح به
One the worst app interface
This has got be the worst app in the world You can’t find anything on it I booked an appointment in emergency for daughter, they charged me and then when it was time for appointment I could no find my appointment under the Tele health I called Bupa and they told me it is another service Sanar He gave me a number to contact them, which was wrong Pathetic!
App is not responding accordingly
I can’t login even when I receive the onetime password the app states that it’s incorrect.. What do I do..? App developer do something about this issue
