When claiming a procedure the individual pages needs to be scrolled unnecessarily much. It’s like scrolling through 20 pages to get to the three questions at the bottom. Fix please Other than that it’s an easy app to use.

The application is much easier and faster than the website, even the process is too much easy and the SP are professional in handling the most complicated situations in a couple of minutes…. Thank You 👍🏼

Terrible app and CS support

I have incident raised because claims couldn’t be tracked in app or website and still waiting solve from DEC 2022 OVER ALL , App and company are doing great

New update is very hard to deal with and has a lot of very slow response really it became very frustrating

Colors in the app are making things difficult to read. You should add A dark mode option, increase the font size and improve color selection

Its very easy and not time consuming, but some times , it record the claim many time, and there is no delete for the repeated recorded claims.

The previous version was better since it allowed me to directly upload photos from my photo library. Using an iPhone
