Your employees need to be more friendly with the customer The Egyptian was good. The only one.
App doesn’t work
I ordered online thru the app but it was late so I call the customer service and they informed me that there is no order from my phone number so I give them the order number and they told me that they will contact me and I am still waiting for more than 20 mins

Issues with payment
It always glitches when you pay and takes the money but doesn't confirm the order Also really horrible design and can't navigate it easily For a company this big its an embarrassment to have an app of this low quality.

When choose to pay using credit card it dose not work
Burgers TOO SMALL
Waste of time and money . Burgers are Small. I thought I ordered kids meals but it is standard meal . Waste of money Why would anyone make such small size burgers
