The app doesn’t take the location. The workflow is broken for the app. Can’t even check prices or add anything in the cart as it asks for location and then there is no option to select the location. The workflow is broken here. Can select location -> Can’t complete any activity. Makes the whole app pointless.
I visit Burger King karama , outside they displayed scan bar code and download application and get burger foc, I download application and showing couplin on counter they said offer already stop

My order although accepted and paid for, showed in progress. Had to call the call center and re-initiate the order. 1 hour from order time already done and now another 35 mins for it to arrive. Very disappointed with this setup. Suggest not to use the app. There seem to a critical issue with the ordering mechanism with the app.
