Good app, easy to use and modify order however it automatically adds a service charge onto the order! There is no need for this additional charge that cuts down on admin and prevents staff answering the phone.

This is such a great easy to use app! Everything that is on the menu is there, it gives you the option to modify your order which is great too!

Always get great quality food. Fresh and hot. New app is excellent. So user friendly, I got updates on the estimated time for my order delivery which was great. So impressed with the app.

50p service charge for paying by card I’m sure isn’t legal in the uk would look at getting that updated

Large portions beans and pulled pork amazing

Wanted to order rack of rib meal along with burger meals for other. App was adding the cost on but failing to show rib meal as part of order, had to cancel and order again but only burger meals
