Easy to use- fast and straightforward! Love that you can scan the receipt too!

Issues with delivery and not getting what you order, or getting cold food. No refunds or acknowledgment that they didn’t have what was ordered in the bag. Customer service needs work!

I cannot use points to get Halibut Fish and Chips??? Why not?

When trying to log back in, it prompts me to enter my phone number again and then says it’s already taken. Guess I’ll just say goodbye to my points!

The app is ok- I downloaded while waiting in drive thru line ; and was stuck in line with no way to get out. I didn’t know only option was inside counter pickup, and the people wouldn’t let me get my order while stuck in line so food was cold. Not sure why, but should offer drive thru with an app.

It won’t let you order without sharing location. I chose share location once and it tracked me off the app I had to go into settings and choose never track. Besides that the app is a little clunky. I clicked to get a drink and it didn’t add it and a couple times I had to start over on a meals settings.

I just wish it was more consistent every time I order if I order extra sauce it’s too much sauce then I have to order a side which is $.50 more on a $10 fish sandwich usually never always cold but I keep coming back don’t I?

Would be way better if you could customize your burgers (like add pickles to the cheeseburger) like you can at the counter. . Also would like to order ahead to eat in.

I love to eat here, it’s the only fast food I will ever eat at. Service at the airport location is always super fast and friendly too.
