This app is a waste of time. They claim that you can use it for “free” but after a mere 3 days of my adaptive workout plan does it lock up completely and tell me to give them all my money. 3 days of my life I will never get back. Not impressed

Love love Love this app. The workouts are easy. the music is upbeat to get you moving. I have to modify some but it still makes me sweat.Each exercise is just enough so you don’t get bored between them.
