1、在查询功能中，市民只需输入公交线路或等车站点，就可查看相关公交车辆的实时位置和即将到站车辆的行车时间，同时还可收藏常搭乘的线路以便查询。
2、 在附近功能中，市民可通过站点定位显示身边可搭乘的公交线路，选择相关线路就可查询公交车辆具体到站时间。
3、 在换乘功能中，市民可查询起点与终点公交车换乘方案，根据较快捷、少步行、少乘坐等模式，排序选择最优的换乘方案，查询具体的搭乘步奏。
在个人中心里，市民还可浏览我区政府政务网站，查看政务网站的日常新闻、办事功能等信息。
