Missed buses because of pop-up app ads
Good app when it’s not spontaneously popping up games that you can’t escape from until you can close them. Missed several buses just as games popped up. Won’t use it again. TfL Go much better.

ads turning the users music off is completely unacceptable
The reason I rate it down was because of adsre
The ads are atrocious. Not only are they noisy and overlong, but I usually have to click “get” several times and go to the App Store for the games being advertised before actually getting past them because the button to go to the bus app doesn’t usually work the first few times. I assure you I have zero interest in downloading these apps and there is nothing like being in a real rush to get somewhere and having to sit through Word Screech or Candy Chaos or whatever you call these eyesores. I would assume that whoever left positive reviews did so before the ads were added. Also, the bus times are sometimes wrong.
Very very very poor program.
I have no problem with ads, since they allow the developer to make money. But unfortunately on this app they happen right at the time you need to know the next bus within the next few seconds, thus making the app unusable. I’m deleting it and finding another one— sorry.
I don’t mind ad-supported apps, but when the ads block the screen, it impedes functionality.
Deleted the app. Can only view 1/2 the map on screen. Routes are either unavailable or ridiculous. I could walk faster. The Tube app is great in comparison. This is a sad app.
No matter what, route planner fails to find a route, even for something as simple as a route all on a single bus. Very frustrating.
This is one of the most unintuitive apps I ever used. Not useful because I’m never quite sure what I’m looking at. I just want to get from point a to point b or I want to see a map with bus routes and my relative location. It probably does that but it ain’t easy baby.
