Купувала білети за місяць наперед , так як відпустка дуже рідко , в день відправлення на автовокзалі дізналась що рейс перенесли, день просто згорів , ні в додатку ні на пошті ніякі повідомлення про відміну рейсу не по ходили , автобуси всі старі , без зарядного та туалету , як вказано в додатку ,+ було 3 пересадки що теж було не вказано

На то що б змінити прізвище, гроші не повертають за квиток
Не взяли в автобус
Я купила квиток у вас на поїздку у Прагу а водій мене просто висадив тому що не було вільних місць в автобусі і брав спочатку тих хто платив готівкою Прошу повернути кошти за квиток та прийняти скаргу на компанію та перевізника

Я не рекомендую, висадили на кордоні і сказали «йдіть пішки, бо вам 16 років і ми вас не будемо везти через кордон» Ми стояли 6 годин на холоді, хоча маємо повне право на перетин кордону в автобусі, адже з 16-ти років можна перетинати кордон самостійно

Ничего не работает, водитель грубит, служба поддержки грубит, сбрасывает трубки.Очень плохие автобусы, очень плохой сервис.Служба поддержки ничем вам не поможет, в случае возникновения проблемы.Имейте ввиду.

Водії хами не пунктуальні майже кожну годину робимо зупинки на перекур, всі люди які були присутні в автобусі говорили водіям що нам не потрібно стільки зупинок що вони нам це відповіли НІЧОГО І ЩЕ ОДИН ВЕЛИКИЙ МІНУС ЩО НЕ ПРАЦЮЄ ТУАЛЕТ

Это аферисты, не пустили на автобус по их билетам, пришлось покупать напрямую у водителя. От этих возврата средств долился с трудом. По дороге еще 10 человек не пустили на рейс с этими билетами и люди остались по среди поля сидеть
