So many advanced features… that is misses the basics
As a premise, I do rarely write reviews, especially bad ones, ‘coz I sincerely believe errors, bugs and glitches may happen to anyone but with this application I made an exception because I cannot tolerate to see such a feature rich, powerful APP missing and failing on the very basics. It truly means there’s nothing more than marketing driving the development instead of the strive to develop a useful and robust tool to use in everyday life. Let’s start by acquiring a business card: there’s no auto crop. Yeah, no auto crop. I mean, I’m not pretending AI enhance or auto color balance or filters. A simple auto crop. Let’s manually crop the image, rotate it and … no, hitting “done” won’t make it save and set it. Let’s move to OCR recognition: it’s superb. AI research: wonderful. Wanna save your acquired business card? It doesn’t work. What about adding custom fields (i.e. VAT ID)? Not supported. Wanna sync it with your CRM? Sure, export as .csv or Excel, maybe use Zapier and good luck! ;-) Such a pity. I’ve cancelled the subscription instantly and cannot understand all the positive reviews here.
