It’s good paper
Poor tech maintenance
Most of the days the app won’t be working. We have to pay for subscription but they never to tech maintenance. Simply waste of money. Even if we buy physical paper that’s far better.
Poor ePaper App
Very very difficult to login for a regular subscriber of The Hindu Group of newspapers. Very very poor customer service. None to receive complaints and solve the issues in time. Totally disappointed

Failed App
Even after purchasing subscription for 2 years, It is showing I have not subscribed to epaper.
Nice when it works
Buggy, erratic. Logs me out of my iPad app. Need to contact customer support that is tardy to gain access again
Subscribed for one year for combo - Not able to login since September 2023
Despite my repeated contacts, I am not able to login. Waste of Rs. 1900/- or so. If you can get it corrected, do it.
