With Buster App you have the vital signs of your boat and the logbook with you where ever you might go. Buster App also offers guides for boat maintenance, usage and winter storage for each boater.
By linking the Buster app with your Buster Q device you can see e.g. trips cruised, boat location, fuel level and battery voltage.
The Buster App offers versatile features for Buster boaters:

Andra året som jag har detta system. Fram till nu har det fungerat klockrent. Men från gårdagen så är det total katastrof. Utloggade och hur jag än försöker så blir jag inte insläppta. Återställa användarnamn och lösen funkar inte. Så nu navigerar vi efter de gamla sättet, pappers sjökort samt kurslinjal. Tack för det Buster boats. Lasse L
Igår måndag 22/7 så försökte jag logga in i appen. Nu fungerar all som det ska, har inte gjort något annorlunda än tidigare. Helt otroligt tack för det Buster boats. Läste om något stort data haveri i värden, kanske det påverkade? 👍
Går inte ens öppna appen
Appen går inte ens öppna, ”nätverksfel” enligt appen, inget fel på internet, speglar bra kvalité på Buster idag, (bara fel på båten också, synnerligen elsystem, förut var Buster en kvalitetsbåt, idag skulle jag inte vilja rekommendera det till nån
Urloggad och kan inte komma in igen
Har exakt samma bekymmer som Björn. Detta är inte acceptabelt.

Har plötsligt loggats ur. Försöker logga in men får beskedet att ”inloggningen misslyckades”. Får inte heller något mejl när begär ”återställning” av lösenord. Är tydligen flera som har samma problem enligt uppgift. Urdålig tjänst, service och app.
Vågar man fortsätta äga en Buster eller ska man övergå till en specialiserad båttillverkare istället för diversefirman Fiskars?

Både appen men framförallt mjukvaran i båten har blivit sämre. Appen tappar ibland loggningar av resor och plotterna tappar spårning ofta. Så skärpning tack.

Limited functionality and slow rate of development
April 2020: no update for 9 months. Still not very useful.
May 2019: Nothing much has happened with the app for the past year. It’s great that the Q unit of the boat receives regular feature updates, but the app features mentioned below are still missing. Pity, because they would make the Q solution more complete. At present the app isn’t very useful.
July 2018: Good start, very limited functionality but good usability/UI. Time will tell if useful features come along.
The app should work as a tracker device as the boat has both GPS and 3.5G and become really useful for anti-theft purposes. This is the killer feature lacking right now.
We also really need the ability to plan routes (iPad version in particular) that can be uploaded to the onboard device. It’s really annoying having to plot courses while on board only.
Everyone should also be aware of their GDPR/privacy agreement. Seems that you are uploading all your route information to Buster/Yamaha and that they are allowed to use it for their own (marketing?) purposes, whatever that is.

Idea is good and could be a real value add but it does not work for me. Sorry but shape up and redo so has the same quality as the boat itself
