Joined years ago & upgraded to Pro. Suddenly all my lists disappear. Log out, log in they say. I am then told app not available to me. Hopefully you will get a year or so but don’t be surprised when the whole thing unwinds because the app distributors decided they wanted more (again) from you.
My wife and I have been using this for years - so easy, syncs really well - great for splitting up when we go grocery shopping together, makes it super quick!
I really like the versatility of the app but one flaw is that when you add a person to share the list with you can never delete them. I asked how to delete them and was told how to add them…not the answer I wanted - actually the complete opposite. I need the person to have zero access, to my app & do not want to even see their name on it. Please fix this major flaw.
Buy Me A Pie is the best shopping list program I have every used. The sharing across the family has allowed us to be all logged in and working on the same list at the same time. It’s awesome for collaboration with team mates and yet simple enough for the whole family to use.

Been using the Pro version for years, hands down the best shopping app I’ve tried. Works great on all my and my wife’s devices including HomePod. My only occasional gripe is with the swipe from edge to bring up the lists menu, I use swipe to cross off items as I found I frequently accidentally crossed off items when it was set to single click. However I now find I accidentally swipe the list off instead of an item, maybe it’s because I’m left handed or maybe it’s because I instinctively start my swipe on the left aligned word next to the edge. Personally I’d prefer to turn it off, I never use it when switching between lists, the button is prominent enough and I’m never switching lists that often to require such an easy to trigger gesture (and you can’t reverse the gesture to go back). When your shopping you can’t always be as precise with your phone. Anyway it’s a minor gripe with a fantastic app, cheers!!
Darn mode for iOS 13?
Easy to use, easy to understand, I add to my list continually and it’s stored away for next time
