너무 느림 버벅거림 심함
데스크탑이나 앱이나 둘 다 겁나 느리고(화면에 로딩 아이콘이라도 띄워주든지…) 버벅거림… 페이지 로딩이 너무 느림…. 수수료야 애초에 감안하고 이용하는 건데 느린 것 하나 때문에 이용하기 싫어질 정도

개젓같음
매년 발전하고 있는 다른 서비스 어플리케이션과 크게 차이난다. 메뉴와 뒤로가기 버튼이 윗 상단에 같이 붙어 있어 쉽게 혼동할 수 있고, 대행해주는 사이트별로 검색창에 기존에 검색한 키워드가 보이거나 안보이거나..; 자기멋대로다. 제품을 장바구니에 넣어두다가 주문하는 사용자는 고려하지 않았던건지 솔드 아웃이 되도 주문버튼이 디세이블이 안되어 있다.. 제일 어이없는 건 FAQ에서 “실시간 상담을 하고 싶으면 하단에 채팅 아이콘을 누르세요” 라고 안내하지만 그 채팅 아이콘은 언어를 영어로 바꿔야지만 볼 수 있다는 거. 총체적 난국임....... 이 점까지는 그래도 사고 싶은 물건이 있으니 참겠다만, 중복 수수료 + 합배송시 또 중복 수수료. 이건 뭐 대놓고 사는 사람 호구다라고 지칭하는 것만 같은 기분 나쁜 결제 시스템. 10만원 넘는 물건 2개를 사려니 수수료(표준 요금제 기준)가 5만원이 넘어 6~7만원까지 갈 기세. 또 합배송 버튼을 누르면 취소 조차할 수 없는 황당무계한 시츄레이션.. 심지어 문구가 “합배송버튼을 누르면 다시는 취소가 불가능합니다” 대놓고 너 합배송한다고 했으니 취소해줄 생각없다. 버튼 하나 잘못 누르면 그대로 군말없이 수수료 지불해야하는 상황.. 구매대행 서비스니 수수료 지불은 당연하지만 buyee 수수료, 결제 수수료, 요금제 수수료 사실 다 같은 수수료라 생각하는 데 왜 buyee 수수료에 배송에 관한 요금이 없고 순수하게 200엔과 300엔을 지출하고 요금 수수료에 배송시 수수료가 붙는지 이해가 안갑니다.
최악 / The worst
문제가 생겼을 때 최악입니다 가품이여서 페이팔을 통해서 환불 받았는데 그걸 다시 구매자한테 물게 만듭니다 이걸 법적으로 가져가기도 그렇고 계속 놔둘 수도 없어서 그냥 결제하고 손해보고 탈퇴합니다 / If you are in a problem, then it would be the worst. Even though I got a refund from Paypal because it was a fake, I had to pay the charge again. Dealing with it legally is a not easy because it is the cooperative matter with foreign country and leaving as it is also could not be did, finally I just proceed the membership withdrawl after I paid the charge again and I got a big loss, including not only money but also time.

Buyee is a scam
Everything is a scam in there. There is service fee for buying, package consolidation fee, and it even charged me 4000￥ for protective packaging of 3 products. I got scammed 11000￥ JUST FOR DELIVERY. Plus everything is so unclear on the site, makes people confused when using, thats why I got knocked off so much. SUPER NOT RECOMMENDED. WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER
Decent service, horrible app.
The Japanese have a tendency to prioritize user experience and customer satisfaction. This doesn't even come close to the quality of most apps made for Japanese services. The service itself is pretty cool, I have bought several retro consoles and broadcast equipment and had a good experience for the most part; but this app is just unserviceable not even considering the higher standards of Japanese apps. I have to force quit and re-open the app whenever the app goes into sleep mode (RAM saving mode), and whatever web browser engine they use must be trash. This is the reason why I just use the website on Safari 9 times out of 10. Please update the app to be at least usable.
