Some Original Writing
Buzzfeed has dropped off the past few years. The thing that is the worst is on the mobile app, you can’t post or read comments. It’s mostly trying to sell you stuff from Amazon or Walmart. It has reposts from X and Reddit but I don’t have to search for stuff to read so, that’s ok.
Love the all but having an issue after update
My bedtime routine is taking BuzzFeed quizzes while I lay in bed, but after the update I can’t scroll through the quizzes anymore? I have to back out and go back into the quiz selection page. It’s not like a problem but mildly frustrating to be honest.
Can’t sign in
I forgot why I stopped using this app until I tried signing in again. If I can’t sign into my account, what’s the point of having the app? I had a paid subscription at one point but too many bugs made it unusable. Deleting again.
It’s so bad they won’t let me be honest about it
I tried making a review that could help people realize just how bad this is and they won’t post it. What’s the point of reviews if they won’t let us be honest.
Bugs STILL need fixing!
There are still bugs that have yet to be resolved. You can’t comment on articles nor can one save/bookmark articles.
Blank screen can’t log in .

Has gotten way to political
I used to love being able to get on BuzzFeed to escape all the political nonsense that is covered all over on every social media site. But the last couple years, especially the past year, the articles only represent 1 side of the political landscape. BuzzFeed journalists are persistently being negative not only toward the other sides political candidates but also to its voters. It’s sad that instead of bringing unity, it has turned into another outlet that is one sided and constantly targets another side. Hopefully someday BuzzFeed will stop being so political and just give us good reads to pass time away and let it be a fun form of escape from the hate.
