A Very Poor App

No email verification after an extended sign-up process, therefore the app and the loyalty card are useless to me. I suggest Buzzworks find a different app developer judging by the number of 1 star reviews.

Disappointing and inefficient

Pretty sure this used to work better. Does not pass my details to the booking engine meaning i have to enter my details again, also doesn’t pass the time I had already selected for the booking across.

Used to be good

This was a great app 6 months ago. Now it keeps insisting I manually sign-in every time AND sign-in again when making a booking. This app feels like it’s from 20 years ago.

Not too impressive.

As per other reviews ‘benefit’ card cannot be linked due to “error in given user register” whatever that means.

Cannot register card

As per other reviews, card cannot be linked to my account and says there is some sort of error… Not fit for purpose really…

OK for booking tables but nothing else

Full of bugs. Will not recognise the Buzzworks card that is linked to my account. Rejects the number as invalid and keeps telling me to add a new card. Won’t save my log on details on my iPhone. Won’t store the card in my Apple Wallet. It’s hard to see the point of this app? ☹️☹️☹️
