Literally the worst

Drinky123 on

Imagine having a ticket, but it takes so long to activate through their servers that by the time you get a ticket control you still have 15 seconds left on your 60 second “wait time” before the ticket is active and you get a €60 fine for “not having a valid ticket”. German app developers and competence, name a more unlikely duo to exist.

Primitive app

gench006 on

They didn’t simply put a credit card option to pay. I tried to register for an account but they deleted all the data I filled once they didn’t like my password choice. I then concluded its a very amateur app that I would not trust with my data.

The flow of the app had been made by a person who must have never been in a situation when you last minute remember to buy an extension ticket while being in the train: would be great to have an option of buying as a guest to shorten the time to order.

The worst

Horrible app, people in Berlin are horrible and your system sucks

Apple Pay still does not work

opaNelis on

Apple Pay still does not work. Not on my phone nor on my partner’s one. You must be good friends with PayPall 🤣. I can not imagine how this can score that high? Could anyone give me at least answer?

Error on every payment method

Baenijm on

I’ve received an error message trying to use Apple Pay and PayPal. Install the Jelbi app to buy tickets.

Doesn’t work; Apple pay

Petoen on

Don’t get this app, use the OTHER BVG Fahrinfo app which does work. In this app multiple payment methods worked for me Apple, credit card. Seems to work fine with ticket selection etc but payment is never completed. No error message is given: bad programming.

Unable to pay with Apple Pay

App gives error even after re-installation

Bye bye privacy

Drinky123 on

Since recently you have to make an account with your name. Not only that, but now you have to wait 1 minute after activating your ticket for it to become valid. Why should I keep using this app when buying a physical ticket still gives me anonymity and is valid immediately? Maybe they should focus their attention more on their violent and racist controllers. Edit: yesterday I got a fine because their app was so slow to activate my ticket that when I got checked it wasn’t even activated yet (took a very long time!). Today same thing, tried for 10+ minutes to activate a ticket and at some point the app just logged me out. I had to buy a physical ticket instead and have to fight a €60 fine. Germans and IT are the worst possible combination I’ve come across.

Waste of Time

Mr Praktisch on

Download an app, be busy for 30min, be annoyed by 6x an error (account/ password/ paypal/ debit card/ credit card/ info lost). Or walk into a metrostation and buy a ticket in under 30sec…
