For weeks not able to connect to login so absolutely useless
Works Great
The app works great and is easy to use and set up on an iphone. I only have the scale, so I’d prefer the other device sections would not show on the dashboard. But, the info and trends and other sections of the app all provide great measurement info. Within the supporting info, some are lacking a high-low range to help us know where we fall in the range. The weekly weight trend needs to provide dates. I have no idea what that format is indicating, and I don’t know why all the trends flow backwards to current date rather than forward as they should be doing.
Can not be paired
The app keep saying to turn Bluetooth on when that’s already on. Can not just go through that page in the app to proceed with pairing the “smart” scale. Wanted to use the app just to keep record of my weight.
The way the app is set up.
It is only in dark mode I would like to see it in light mode. “Ex” white background. And your trends reads right to left which is annoying. If you want your last 2 stars the fix the issues.
Why the history data is so dark, I can’t see anything!
The scale is good, though I wish it can provide more data. However I know what data it provides before I bought it, so it’s not an issue. The biggest issue for the app is when I try to view the data from history, background for the values are black that I can’t see the values at all. Can you change a color please? I really want to view those historical data.

Wow wow it’s been 2 years and. No update this app it’s dead
Sends analytical data to Tencent in China
Tencent is a Chinese cloud computing platform that is known to be complicit in Human Rights Violations. Having this app on your phone makes YOU and YOUR data a product that is for sale. It’s cheap because YOU are the product. If you say “I have nothing to hide” that’s not the point. Tencent will profit from your data, and is frankly a threat to the security of free nations. Don’t do it.
Trends does not show latest data.
Simple fix, when you go to trends, it should default to most recent uploaded data. As it is, I have about 9 months of data and I have to slide to the left several times to load the data.
Only thing that works is the weight
Date picker does not work. Pick a date and it goes to the day before like others have said. Age, does not display and age. No body score, no bmi. The only thing is displays is weight. Nothing more.
